Routes under Daily Commuters are for:
- People who want to bike to work or an MRT station,
- People aiming to improve their physical and emotional health,
- People who want to be a part of a drive for a cleaner environment.
To find your preferred route you go through the following steps:
- You choose whether you want to ride to the CBD, Suntec, Orchard Road or to your nearest MRT station or between two MRT stations.
- Depending on where you want to ride you get the options:
- If you are riding to the city center, you choose whether you come from the
North, East or West and are riding to the CBD, Orchard or Suntec areas.
- If you are riding to the nearest MRT, you choose the MRT closest to you.
- If you are riding between MRT stations, you get to choose which stations to ride between.
- Choose the starting point that best describes where you will ride from,
and whether you prefer the fast route or the slow route:
The fast route is
• the quickest way from point A to point B.
• more or less ridden on busy, traffic dense roads.
• more stressful.
The slow route is
• ridden through a more green and scenic environment.
• slightly slower (10-15% compared to the fast route).
• safer.
• a more enjoyable ride.
- There is an option to get the reverse route. Use this option to ride in the opposite direction between the points you choose.
- Click each point on the route to get a map with the position marked.
